Laser Repair And Solutions: Terms and Conditions

30-Day Warranties include both parts and labor depot service and are transferable. Warranties exclude: misuse and/or droppage of handpieces, normal wear and tear, rental or transported systems, power surge, flood, or natural disaster. No refunds whatsoever on pre-owned equipment once equipment has been funded, regardless of ship date. Allow a minimum of 4 weeks for shipping; in some cases, sooner, but not guaranteed. In the event of cancellation for any reason, deposit/down payment/full payment is forfeited. If the customer refuses equipment at delivery or any time during the process, regardless of ship time, deposits and/or down payments are non-refundable.

Shipping times vary depending on the location of equipment and whether the machine is owned inventory, brokerage, or shared inventory. In some cases, machines may be repossessions that require release prior to final service and shipment, which may add time to the delivery process. Customers may use their own shipper or transport. If Laser Repair and Solutions arranges shipping, it is courtesy only. Laser Repair and Solutions is not responsible for shipping delays, damage, or shipping issues in any way.

In the event of shipping damage, the customer must notify the shipper immediately and file a claim. The customer must inspect equipment immediately upon arrival, prior to the driver departing, and report any damage immediately to file a claim. Customers must request and/or choose their insurance level with the shipper directly.

This contract clearly states no refunds, only store credit, if Laser Repair and Solutions chooses to waive the no-return policy. Store credit applies only to the customer’s account. In the event there is an exchange for store credit, the purchaser must pay all shipping costs. We ask customers to understand that shipping is slower than normal, and international shipments may take even longer.

Warranty applies only to issues listed above and not to shipping damage. All responsibility for machines is transferred to the purchaser upon departure from the originating point, and the warranty becomes active only after delivery in the same condition to the purchaser’s location (see shipping stipulations above regarding inspections at delivery).

Laser Repair and Solutions does not pay outside technicians for warranty repairs or services. Warranty is null and void if non-Laser Repair and Solutions technicians work on the machine during the warranty period. Work includes opening the machine in any way, shape, or form, or removing any sides, parts, or accessories. Depot repair means equipment must be shipped to Laser Repair and Solutions at the customer’s expense both directions, but all labor is covered.

We do not accept credit cards as an electronic payment method at this time due to exorbitant fees. We do accept bank wire, E-Debit Direct (ACH), Zelle, CashApp, and bank transfer as electronic payment methods if needed. We also accept cash and personal or corporate checks. Customers may FedEx checks, and Laser Repair and Solutions will cover FedEx fees for customer convenience.

All repairs are warrantied for 30 days for parts and labor. There are absolutely no refunds on completed repairs upon payment. The warranty applies, but no refunds are issued.
